EXARATUS

Drone battery pack enquiry checklist

A useful drone battery pack enquiry explains your application, the model or configuration you are considering, the quantity needed, and any known limits. Exaratus is a manufacturer of drone battery packs and a supplier of battery cells. You can start with an existing model or incomplete requirements; missing details can be clarified before a quotation.

Choose the right enquiry

  • A listed battery pack: browse the battery pack catalogue, open a product and select Enquire About This Product. The product reference is included in the form.
  • A custom battery pack: use the custom battery pack page when your application has different electrical, size, weight or connection requirements.
  • Battery cells: use the battery cell enquiry page and include the manufacturer and model if known.
  • OEM or bulk requirements: select OEM / bulk in the enquiry form and describe the quantity, project and any repeat supply requirements.

What information should I include?

  1. Application: describe the drone or other equipment, its intended use and the existing power setup if known.
  2. Model or configuration: include the Exaratus reference, an existing pack model or the configuration you want to discuss.
  3. Electrical requirements: provide the voltage, capacity and current requirements supplied by your system documentation. Include units and distinguish continuous requirements from peak requirements. Mark unknown values as “not sure”.
  4. Physical constraints: state the maximum dimensions with units, available installation space, weight limit and connector details if known.
  5. Quantity: provide the initial quantity and any expected repeat requirement. These details support a discussion; they do not establish minimum order quantities.
  6. Destination and timing: include your country or region and preferred timeline. Delivery options, availability and lead time require confirmation.

Do I need a complete specification?

No. An application description, existing model reference or a list of constraints is enough to start an enquiry. Do not guess a technical value just to complete the form. Explain which details you know and which need to be clarified.

How can I share a drawing or datasheet?

The website enquiry form does not accept file uploads. You can include a reference link or describe the document in your message. For confidential drawings or documents, ask about a suitable sharing arrangement before making them accessible.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

Your enquiry is recorded for review. Missing information and feasibility can be clarified, and a quotation can follow once the scope is sufficiently clear. Submitting the form does not place an order. Product suitability, pricing, availability, delivery and commercial terms require confirmation.

Can I enquire from another country?

Exaratus welcomes worldwide enquiries. This does not confirm delivery to every destination. Include your destination country or region so delivery options can be discussed for your request.
