Do I need a complete specification?
No. Start with your application, an existing model, a datasheet or a plain-language description. Include any known constraints and mark unknown values as “not sure”.
Can I share a drawing or existing pack?
Include a reference link or describe the existing pack in the enquiry. This site does not accept file uploads. Drop us and email!
Is every requested configuration possible?
No. Chemistry, current, capacity, size and weight interact. Requested specifications are inputs to a feasibility review, and are not a promise of compatibility or supply.
Can I ask about a repeat or bulk configuration?
Yes. Use the OEM / Bulk enquiry option and include the existing model or previous project reference, estimated quantity and any changes. Commercial terms and availability require confirmation.
What are the minimum quantity, lead time and warranty?
We could start with 1 piece and move further to more quantities. Please contact us for more info.
