Who handles the information

Exaratus is the name used for this website and its enquiries. For questions about your information, contact us using the email address below. Contact: info@exaratus.com.

What the form collects

Name, email address, country or region, enquiry type, application and requirements, and a privacy acknowledgement are required. Company and product/model reference are optional. SureForms records the submission with an entry number and timestamp.

There are no file uploads, customer accounts or payment fields. Avoid including confidential material or information that is not needed for the enquiry.

Why the information is used

We use the information you provide to review and respond to your enquiry, clarify requirements and discuss a possible quotation. Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list.

Storage and processors

Submissions are stored in the WordPress database on the Exaratus Spaceship hosting account. Authorised WordPress administrators can view entries through SureForms. Exports and backups must remain private.

Enquiry notifications are sent to info@exaratus.com through Spacemail using FluentSMTP. They include the submitted form details. FluentSMTP also keeps delivery logs and email copies in WordPress, with deletion configured after 60 days.

Spaceship provides the website hosting and Spacemail provides the mailbox service. Website and mail services may keep operational logs. Private backups may contain copies of stored enquiries.

Abuse prevention

SureForms validates submissions and uses a honeypot to reduce automated spam. Submission metadata includes your IP address, browser, device and submission URL.

Optional analytics

Analytics is not configured; no analytics scripts are loaded. There is currently no visitor analytics or advertising tracking installed on this website.

Administrator login cookies are used to manage the website. If visitor analytics or marketing tools are introduced, this notice will be updated to describe them.

Retention and your requests

Our intended retention period for website enquiry records is six months. Automatic deletion is not yet enabled, so records may remain stored beyond this period until removed manually. You can request removal by emailing info@exaratus.com. Mailbox copies, exports and backups are held separately and are not removed by the form record deletion setting.
